Intro To FIMARK

FIMARK is a limited liability company based in Scottsdale, Arizona and formed in 2021. FIMARK had also operated as a DBA for Customer Servicing Solutions which had been founded in 2003.

We deliver CFO and advisory services, accounting, payroll, tax and business buying and selling services to companies in the United States, and with international operations.

Our experienced and hands-on leadership have served in a variety of CEO, CFO and executive positions for private, public and private equity owned companies. We leverage this experience to help business owners and leaders achieve their objectives. Mark K. Attinger

Founder & Managing Partner, CFO Services

About Mark

Mark Attinger has 30+ years of professional and executive leadership experience in financial services and business process outsourcing. He possesses significant expertise in Finance, Accounting and Operations. Most recently Mr. Attinger served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Paysign, Inc. [PAYS] a Nasdaq traded company, a payment processor and pre-paid card program manager.

Early in his career he spent just under 13 years with American Express as Vice President of US Authorizations, Vice President of Performance & Quality Management, and in various positions in Finance and Accounting. Mr. Attinger served 4 years as Chief Executive Officer at Affina, a business process outsourcer where he led a turnaround, management buy-out and the sale to a foreign conglomerate.

Mr. Attinger also served for 9 years as Founding Partner and Principal of Customer Servicing Solutions, a management consulting firm helping clients improve financial and operational performance.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a minor in Accounting, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Brigham Young University.

About Marcia

Marcia Ritter has 30+ years of leadership and experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting for wide range of industries including, banking, healthcare, insurance, software, facilities management, professional services, and manufacturing, investment, nonprofit, and government organizations.

She is an expert in evaluating performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable recommendations that increase revenues, profits, cash flow, and working capital.

Ms. Ritter has been recognized as trusted advisor with proven accounting and financial management expertise and a solid history of developing and instituting accounting and operational best practices, policies, procedures, and systems that drive efficiency and cost improvements.

Ms. Ritter is also skilled in structuring, developing, and directing highly competent finance teams of talented accounting, analysis, and reporting professionals.
